Elite Mahogany Group LLC was established in 2023 as a response to the expanding needs of Dayna C. Sanders' valued clients in school-based and non-profit organizations. The roots of the company stretch back to 2010 when Dayna signed her first pivotal contract with a charter organization that was on the brink of state intervention due to underperformance. Embracing the challenge, Dayna undertook the task of driving school improvement through strategic initiatives and curriculum enhancements, marking the beginning of a transformative journey in educational consulting. This venture began under the name Turner Sanders Consulting, a tribute to Dayna’s grandparents, Lessie Turner and Hazel Sanders, who inspired this mission with their profound belief in the power of education.

Lessie M. Turner, whose formal education ended in the sixth grade, believed knowledge was the gateway to freedom. Self-taught and determined, she remained a pivotal influence in the educational journeys of her descendants, instilling a relentless pursuit of learning. Hazel Sanders, enriched by his public school experiences and his love for music as a drum major, developed a suite of leadership skills that he would pass down to future generations. Despite the harsh realities of the 1940s that thwarted their personal educational aspirations, both Lessie and Hazel dedicated themselves to ensuring that their children and grandchildren would seize the opportunities they themselves could not.

Building on this legacy, Elite Mahogany Group LLC, under Dayna C. Sanders' leadership, continues to champion educational excellence and innovation. Dayna empowers educational organizations and non-profits to unlock their potential and foster transformative changes. Through her work, Dayna honors the aspirations of Lessie and Hazel, ensuring that the torch of educational advancement is carried forward with integrity and passion.
